The ALERT Program
(The Alert Program, 2022)
The program helps the user articulate their self-regulation by emphasizing how to change alert levels throughout the day in order to perform ADLs, work, play, learn, relax, and socialize.

From an OT perspective, this program teaches how to customize sensory diets. Additionally, EBP shows improved self-regulation and attention, coping, transitions, and executive functioning
